I first stayed here around 20 years ago not much has changed looking a little dated now and in need of modernisation the couple who look after were very friendly and helpful all in all great value for money big rooms air conditioning was excellent for the money all in all very good.

we stayed for 2 nights here. the penthouse spans 3 floors from 3rd to 5th floor. 3rd floor : hall, dining, kitchen, bathroom 4th : 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms 5th : bedroom and terrace terrace has a really good view of the beach. a good place to chill hall has tv and recliner sofas kitchen has utensils to cook, serve

This is residential accommodation, so very quite. Very nice location away from the hustle of Central Pattaya, but close enough via walking or taxi to restaurants, stores, beach but a 10 minute taxi ride to Central Pattaya more entertaining areas.
